1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated and issued strictly under the circumstances where TECH IT EASY IT SERVICES LLC cannot complete the contracted tech request, or if an electronic duplicate payment was made in error.

2. Non‑Refundable Services

Certain operations are completely excluded from transaction cancellation features, including:

• Completed 1-on-1 consultations or technical advice sessions.
• Fully executed diagnostics reports once documentation is generated.
• Commenced remote support deployments where labor hours have been actively spent.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe a processing issue has occurred, please submit your invoice documentation along with a brief description of the troubleshooting anomaly using our main support panel contact paths.
